@kmd I have 18's on my car. They fit, they might rub for about a week or so. They might also need a spacer that is about i think an 1/8 of an inch. I literally have about a 1/4 of space between my tires and the bottom plate of my KYB GR-2 struts.

Still needs to be fixed, needs a new A/C compressor, timing belt, magnum head if I can find one, custom cold-air intake, and sounds like it's on its last leg (but it probably wont die for another 70k even if I don't get it fixed), with a moderate knocking that makes it sound like a german diesel in the mornings, lol.

it was partially my fault not looking into it farther but the valves are loud on the SOHC but it was a few things. The problem ended with a slapping piston. but it could end up being the bearings. youll have to tear into it to find it

its rebuilt now. trust me it did. all those electronics got effed up too. make sure you do it right the first time, it ends up being two alternators and fried wires. the person who put that in should rot in hell for putting me through it

in 1998 it was gold with all this shit fresh in it. it fell apart over the years, the guy who i bought it from painted it and all that jazz. i didnt help the problem when i didnt tear apart the engine when i got it. piston slap ended up happening. i just didnt have the money, now its with another kid with the rebuilt motor.

AND, it'd be even better if you did an SRT-4 swap with a first gen. More displacement, more power, and a manual transmission guaranteed.
