The reason why we have offside is to avoid an attacker to stand next to the goalkeeper and his teammates throw the ball at him and only thing he has to do is to shoot! No... It's only offside if their player plays it - i.e. if its an opponents pass etc.
If it rebounds off the keeper or it deflects off a player it's still offside - so there was no error here... except this video ;)
