You should try it a little bit slower...and perhaps then, you'd be able to play it properly...because you lack too many notes or you don't give the required emotion...
Try slowing down the cantabile part, because it is supposed to be performed smoothly and quietly...beautifully...not timed...but sensed...You've got feelings, you just need to feel them!
