-Poor battery life, less than 1/2 day with normal business use.

-No replaceable battery

-Mandatory and expensive data package

-Poor signal reception, we compared against other phones sitting side by side.

-Phone freezes up. Have to do hard reset

Bottom line, good iPOD, terrible phone

what the heck are you talking about, I have had my iPhone 3G since xmas '08 no issues what soever, it hasn't once been switched off in that time, when the battery runs a little low, I just plug it in no crashes, i have always got a good signal perfect and my battery lasts about 8 hours 3G surfing,

as much as i hate to say it, the iPhone is the best handset available. Just checked out the HTC Diamond today, and it really doesn't compare :(

I think Microsoft needs to prioritize what they are doing in the mobile device scene. Cause their Windows Mobile platform really isn't up with the play.

But you CAN record videos...You've been able to since the first one was jailbroken. And it has a better camera than most phones, most phones only have a 1.3MPX camera. iPhone has a 2.0MPX camera

You CAN'T record videos on the iPhone3G and Jailbreaking the iPhone3G is risky, because you could just end up with a very expensive brick that does NOTHING!
