I remember in high school, I worked for a chain hardware store. I would go most shifts without getting even one of my supposedly required breaks while the smokers would just hold up their pack and walk outside like it was a hall pass.

They're texting each other decide when to have their next cigarette break !! Good video probably ever business owner faces a similar situation.
Just as long as they don't unionize.
