I install and service CCTV systems and I knew it was fake instantly. I am sure this wasn't footage from a CCTV camera because the resolution and frame rate are abnormally high for CCTV. The smooth images that you see on the monitors and stores are live shots. The DVR records at a much lower res. and fps, therefor the playback is much lower quality than the live shot. You can program a DVR for high fps and res., but only up to 540p and that is only for critical areas.

@xyzzjp People survive lightning strikes if the current conducts along their skin and not through vital organs. Lightning hits many places like tall buildings repeatedly. Lightning hits whenever charges leaking up from the ground and charges leaking down from the clouds create a pathway or leader. The metal car is insulated from the ground by the rubber tires so it's not an especially likely target. These were weak hits - the second didn't even show up.
