i've been trying for years to find a studio in the US that will do this but no one will do it because of liability your best bet is south america you'd be lucky if you can find a place in cali or flor tho but i can't find one.

This is not sick and stupid. If you see something strange you can better ask why are people doing this and seek the answer. Body suspension gives a special effect of being flying and a relaxing euphoric state. It can also give a big adrenaline rush.

In my view taking drugs lacks one thing... Having a nice and unique experience, which add something to my life. But a lot of people are lucky with using drugs. But personally I want to experience something and I don't like to have a mood out of a pill, drank, and I'm not taking drugs, don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol. 

It is just a personal taste. One likes taking something the other likes doing something.

In my case fascination. I thought a long time it was an illusion, but when I found it is really possible I got fascinated and I want it to do my self so I started the preparations. I now did already 3 suspensions.

Only some small red dots will leave on the back or on any other place which got pierced for suspension. Most people won't see them. Only people who knows about suspension can recognize them.
