Yes, brother Chaim,Keith Green was an unusual man of God, and very dedicated. Through him, God brought forth LAST DAYS MINISTRIES,out of TEXAS. His wife Melody has remarried, but still over-sees the ministry,along with their remaining children. WHAT A BLESSING, even though he died tragically in a plane crash in about 1983,with his two youngest children(Bethany and Josiah). Absolutely, we are saved by grace and not by our works. That said the Commandments are not "work" or a burden as many today say.

One time I was feeling down. As I walked by the pastor - he looked me in the eye and just said - "HE'S REAL". That's just what I needed to hear at that moment. He said that nothing more.

Actually, Keith Green DID write the additional verse (Hear the bells ringing, they're singing that you can be healed right now..."). But, as I've always said, it doesn't matter who wrote it, as long as the Message gets out! Many Blessings on this Resurrection Sunday!

Thank you for your input, zymm91.. it seems I can recall hearing that once before, but it was quite a long time ago(smile).. and yes, you're right, what truly matters is that these anointed songs which bless us so much, turn our hearts and minds toward the One from whom all great talents and blessings flow, and Glorify HIM.

Thank you so much for the information, Makibajo, and I have corrected my video description, to reflect this fact, a very IMPORTANT one indeed, that credit is given where due. I did not know who had written the Easter song, but have always appreciated Kieth's exciting, anointed arrangement and delivery of it.. have a HAPPY and JOYFUL EASTER, EVERYONE(smile)!!

Just fyi, it's a common misconception that Keith wrote this song, since he was such a great songwriter in his own right, but the song was actually composed by Anne Herring and Jack Schrader. Between the two of them, they have written and published over 200 Christian songs. Blessings!
