Its not unpopular, its a popular game but unfortuantly not many people can play games that only came out in japan and dont want the hassle of finding english roms for it. Its a great game and you can find tabs for it easily on the net, this particular song is called Present Overworld or Opening a Curtain, Just search for Tales of Phantasia midi on google and im sure youll find em :)
