Wow - I've been a fan of Sungha for a while now but I'm sitting here doing work on my computer with this playing in the background ... I completely forget it's an amazingly talented child playing it - what mainly amazes me is how the playing is so full of life and is making my heart dance with joy!

This was done over 2 years ago now but the playing is so full and natural... I'm stunned in the nicest way possible! It's not just amazing because he's young - it's amazing because it's amazing!

He plays at 11 better than I do after 40 years of playing guitar, I am not embarrassed to admit this. What he does is so fresh that I just can't stop watching him. The fact that he is so young and plays with such dexterity makes him a guitar wonder. I don't know any other kid his age to play fingerstyle guitar. He developed this style in only 2 years of playing! Amazing! I don't want to remember where I was after 2 years playing the guitar cause I wasn't too far from the starting point.

i remember my filipino cousin when he was 5yo he started playing from a borrowed guitar. by 8 he can already play more or less like Sungha. sad to say he was born in a poor family and couldnt even afford to buy a cheap guitar. Now his livelihood is playing music in a hotel in Thailand. SUNGHA SEI BRAVISSIMO!

he is i think for his age , the most talented kid in the world. he is the prodigy. if he survives and keep enjoying playing the guitar he will be phenomenal. But I have seen videos of great artists, including Andres Segovia, Chet Atkins, Christopher Parkening, and others like them, and I cannot see where any of them were much if any better than the amazing child in this video.
