The title pretty much sums up my exact thoughts, but I must add that this scene was so bizarre, so surreal, so WTF?? that I wasn't even scared the first time I saw it. I was too STUNNED at the very concept. It wasn't until I managed to wrap my mind around what I'd just seen that I became utterly terrified.
