I tried to make the best of the video, and ignore the hideous sound track. But, it seemed pointless when you were pointing at things... And instead of hearing or seeing a explanation, I heard that horrible music.
well this is definately for someone who's both serious about "backyard casting" and has the money to afford such a contraption....for me I'm leaning more towards making my own simplified burner until the profits (I intend to sell the ingots) can be reinvested into the project...but the burner viewed in this video is probably a dream to use because of the consistancy...also good music but i'm not sure about the appropriateness...happy casting
as interested as i may be to see this video i would have rather heard someone talk the whole time than some lame background music. so if you upload tutorials again i would suggest talking
why would you waist power heating the fuel with electricty when you have a flame to heat it for allot less? why not just preheat when you are lighting?
Just a friendly suggestion..... Instead of playing background music for a tutorial type video, why not TALK into a microphone so that you can explain what we are looking at? Written captions are okay, but they usually leave a lot of questions in the viewer's mind. The music is actually a distraction, and I'd rather listen to NO SOUND at all when trying to concentrate on the video. THANKS!
Hey Truckfixer4U. I did buy them. I ended up buying 4 this time around. A couple of friends decided they wanted the same set up I had so we got them at the same time. The company was good enough to give me a discount since we bought so many at the same time. The sales guy said they're making some new videos to post on their website and here. I hope it'll shut up some of these idiots that trash something good without ever having touched the damn thing.
We're still amazed how great these systems work. When we had a problem the service guy knew what we were doing wrong right away. We corrected our way of doing things a bit and have not had another problem. Great videos and support after the sale.
hi do you centrifuge the waste oil first if not what about a magnet in the system to attract particles and may also re aline molecules in the main feed for better combustion (just some tweaking ideas) we here in england are in final stages of plasma hydrogen construction.
I was told last week they were about to put some videos here and on their website. The salesman told me how easy it is to install and maintain. Looks like he was telling the truth. I like the video showing all of the different oils it burns. Any doubts I had are now gone. I'll be ordering mine in the morning. Pictures don't lie. I'm just wondering if the guy holding the containers of oil is Mr. Hands that beat the snot out of Mr. Bill on Saterday Night Live???
I bought 2 of these last fall. The sales guy knew his stuff and gave me great information without over selling the product. They installed easily and ran great all winter long. The cleaning this spring took only 15 - 20 minutes for both.I liked them so much I just bought 2 more. One for my third shop and one for my home. They were the only company to tell me I could replace just the burner and not the whole boiler, saving me a ton of money. They are great to deal with and follow through.Good luck guys
watseoilheat - great videos - all three of them help a lot! I can't get over of just how good this products is! Folks, make sure to see all the videos from them and visit the website - a lot of good info!
Me and my husband are looking for waste oil burner to retrofit our old boiler. This burner seems to be something we might get. Make sure you see all three videos. Their website information also helped a lot! Great pictures gallery for the burner!

Looks like a wonderful product, but I found the music and lack of words extremely frustrating.

Delete the music! Get a microphone and explain...as this video is now it is useless to most of us.

We have crank oils from many suppliers, some are not very clean and I`m afraid the oil line will get stuck. Please tell me what you think on this
