I'm pretty sure they're all Americans attempting to fake accents, like many of the people working at the PA faire. Lady Liza Lot is supposed to be English, Melody (i think that's her stage name) is supposed to be irish/engligh, Cutters sounds English, and the gypsy (don't know her name) is Russian.
