I think I'll pass on one consciousness, if you experienced everything all together and being "one" with it all, wouldn't it get quite boring quickly? you would wold stagnate and be damned to eternal boredom.
I like my individuality which is why I follow the LHP.
Now assuming IF this "one" thing is true, I think this is why we experience individuality, so GOD doesnt get bored and try to kill himself (assuming he hasn't already tried)

When I "die" I come back into another body, say my mother, or my wife, or my son... or the Dalai Llama, or George W Bush, only I am actually experiencing them all at the same time, just cut off from eachother.
