i dont understand! that only 1 camra caught that first tower impact, im not an american but didnt CNN have the camra pointing to the wtc on the morning of 9/11 for a good amount of time, saying how much of a nice morning it was and then they didnt catch that snap, and a split second later they show it burning again! why no impact vid.. and i really disagree that only 1 person in lower manhatten had caught the disaster, a day like that, camras are everywhere in NY.. i maybe wrong but my opinion
Didn't see a plane. Where are you from planes never fly over Manhattan Island. One man on TV said he saw the plane fly bye the Empire State Building on its way to the North Tower so that was the best evidence statement ever on TV.
@321Z123 Or they could have just been checking for a gas leak like they were supposed to be. They weren't the only ones to see it and they weren't the only ones to be filming at that time. It's just that this particular clip has become more famous than most of the others because other than the occasional tourist most people who filmed 9/11 didn't whip out the cameras until after the first impact.

@skatingpianist2611 Exactly. How many times in a month do you hear a particularly loud aircraft and stop and look up at it. It's a natural reaction.
