I know you said you weren't going to get into what colors you used but what colors did you use for the blue parts? It looks really close to what the 1/100 HG Sandrock Custom should look like and I've been looking everywhere for it!
This model is looking great man, everything on it looks stellar.
Well... I have just ONE bone to pick... The Smart Beam Gun lenses would look awesome if you used some kind of holo sticker or some of those colored lenses some brands make.
I lately noticed the e2046 and G-Systems websites. Nice stuff, but man are they expensive. Thanks for showing what it would take to build them (resin, photo-etched parts). Perhaps some day. It would sure be nice to be one of the few people in the world to have one of the cool 1/48 resin Gundams on their pages. =o
Looks great man. Now I have to do mine because this just looks sick. My only crit would be the blue. I would have done it a little darker personaly. Again nice job and you did it so fast.
I got one complaint with your kit...Those incom are WAY too much of an eyesore...I want to look at the kit itself, but my eyes areforced to the incoms instead...
also, If you want to, try the MOProject resin kits...they look really good!...even if they are a bit expensive, but they are the original cast...
gahh It looks just absofreakinglutely fantasticly awesomeee~ Love it! Fantastic painting, especially on the incoms =O I've been wondering, have you ever thought of adding Led's to any of your kits? Or maybe even glow in the dark paint o_o Always been fascinated with LED boosters~! Good first attempt on the photo etching. The backpack ones look fantastic =O
so in terms of comparison between the 1/100 MG Ver.ka Rx-78-2 Gundam and the ex-s Gundam, its just like the queen mansa and the ZZ gundam etc? Because im sure the queen mansa is slightly larger than a regular gundam.
By the way, awesome model man, looks more accurate to the line art provided by bandai
Since you mentioned that the articulation of the Master Grade frame isn't hindered by the Resin armor, does that mean that the G-System version is also transformable?
you know that i hate you but this is your best editing video ever!!!!and your work on the kit its amazing.try to have your videos look like that.great work .i hate you hehe
The kit turned out looking great. Paint scheme is awesome the highlights just make it. In my opinion the photo etched pieces don't add a whole lot to the kit and that's a shame.
Again I say, epic. I imagine it took lots more energy and effort to build this guy than we see in the vids. The end result is fantastic. I feel like a total noob with regards to model kits when I watch your vids. By no means am I a professional, but still.
@basman217 not that big maybe about 71 CM tall let's see the 1:1 is about 25.18 meters convert to 1/35 yeah around 71 CM tall so um you better have some room because your gonna need it plus a shit load of time to put it together hmm a 1/35 of this model that's super freaking awesome
looks great, but I really am stunned how poor the quality control of G-system, I have always heard they were the best of the best. Great job my freind.
Holy balls!!! This is probably my favorite paint job you`ve done to date. I know you didn`t like having to use the stock side skirts, but it doesn`t really matter in the overall look of the kit. Great job.
Your paint jobs are just amazing. I've been practicing on a bunch of high grades and I just hope all my practice will make my kits look a little bit as good and your kits
If you want to fix your joints having weight problems, all you have to do is put a coat of primer or even just brush on some acrylic paint to the joint. it really only works best with ball joints or socket joints. The added layer of paint sometimes thickens the post just enough to be a bit tighter, plus paint is a little bit sticky too. I hope that helps keep those propellant tanks up!
As usual great work, too bad about the issues you had. You're right about photo-etch, it adds to the look of a model, but can be a pain to use. The worst is doing model ship railings with it, especially 1/350 scale cruisers and battleships.
Damn! hats off to you Mr Vegeta sir, thats an awesome piece of badassness. Freaking fantastic job! I might have to look into getting this conversion as well..but not until I at least get my 1/100 Marasai conversion done first.
Wait the Ex-S had 4 Incoms O_o

@destinygundam2600 No, Queen Mansa is much bigger. It's about the same size as Psycho Gundam. Ex-S is only 25 meters tall where Queen Mansa is 42 m.
