NAVIGON Pedestrian Navigation (NAVIGON 1410|1400 and NAVIGON 2410|1400) - IFA 2009

I got a Navigon 1400 for my birthday on the 13th August this year from my proud kids. It has never gotten us to a destination yet....ever. Today I turned it on at 7:50am approx, and it got a signal at 9:17am..... 14 minutes after I arrived back home. When taken back to Harvey Normans, where purchased, the guy there was told that they should not sell c*%p and his reply was "Well somebody has to", which basically summarises this product. It is junk and a waste of money.

@loyalqueen So glad to have saved at least one person. Spend a bit more and buy a decent brand, some now have free maps for life, and for around only $50 more. Well worth the look. Also, Harvey Norman sell lots of junk, we have a computer and video camera we bought off them that were junk, the computer we had to fix ourselves and the camera had parts fall off it.....outside warranty of course, and we had hardly used it that much. You'd have thought we would have learnt by now lol. We have now!

Could you please let Mr Harvey, Harvey Norman stores know your views, then he may stop selling shite! That may have save my children money!
