Actually, I don't see so much difference between Clear Sky with or without the complete mod, not like SoC complete, that was an awesome new experience...

All S.T.A.L.K.E.R games have their own flavour. These Mods just take it even further. It's like the initial design the developers would have gone for if given the resources and time.

Take Shadow of Chernobyl (Ex Oblivion Lost) for example. It went through development hell, and it shows. But with these Complete mods... GSC should hire these fella's.

The Stalker Shadows of chernobyl comple made the original game SO AWESOME.

I skipped Clear sky, due to there being no COMPLETE for it at that time.

I played throuh Stalker Call of pripyat.

Now I am going to go get this, since I have not played through stalker cs. Yea!

There are two mods I will play with. The clear sky reclamation project (csrp for short, fixes ironsights, fixes almost all the glitches, but at a certain point you can't load your quick saves, but loading the autosave first will fix that ^^) and this.

With each new Stalker game they seemed to have made the worlds brighter, friendlier and busier. CS was just a real mess with the factions all over the place, and CoP in particular feels like a designed game world (areas are too "placed" / designed, world too bright and sunny) and with few hostiles (even bandits are friendly now!).

A real pity, I wish they'd kept up the dark, harsh and dystopian atmosphere of the first game [made even better by its Complete patch, thanks for all your hard work!]

I have to say, it's a real toss up for me as to weather the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series or the Half Life series is my favorite... with these "Complete" packages, I think the boys from the Ukraine are getting the nod over my hometown boys at Valve... The fact that HL2 Episode 3 HAS STILL NOT FRIGGIN BEEN RELEASED ain't helping their cause either.

I must say one think - nice. I'm making my own gameplay of this. But i found one problem - game is too easy. Because when i play without mods first main renegades base is very hard to takeout, but with it i can take it out in 1 minute. I play on "Stalker" difficult. NICE WORK!

I thoroughly enjoyed the SoC complete mod but I just finished SoC again and went right into CS but the Clear Sky mod doesn't seem to be doing the same thing as the SoC mod, for instance: enemies dropping guns, requiring unload of scavenged weapons, hitting the use key again while in an inventory won't bring you out (this is probably not the mod though), no noise meter or enemy detection/awareness meter, inventory info in the pop up instead of a window. Is another update coming for CS Complete?

@Kal467 I know this is a bit late, but I have a 5770 and it runs reasonably well (I play it @ 1680X1050), although a lot of the performance is dependent on your processor and RAM as well. If those are weak you might struggle with 1920X1080, but the game looks great, even on lower resolutions.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah i've been playing on 1680x1050 and it runs perfect. Lags a little on 1920x1080 but it isn't really noticable.
