i saw this a few years ago and i was mesmerized by the ability of shankar and menuhin to not only trade phrases but also to play the blistering passages together...this stands as one of the most virtuosic performances in music history.
This is so cool. I just got the West Meets East album on which they have a number of duets together and I love. Wonderful stuff. I'm a violinist and I want to learn all I can about Indian music, even try to learn playing the sitar.
