I hate to be critical but with all the background noise I can't hear you very well (birds, planes, etc). I have been producing videos for many years and there is NO way I would shoot anything without using a remote mic. Also for something like this you absolutely need camera close-ups in order to see exactly what you're doing. Good luck with future videos because it would appear that you know what you are talking about.
