Oct 2007 he appeared with his parents and attorney on The Today Show with Matt Lauer and he apologized to the police and the university for "acting out". He said, "the police were just doing their jobs." And he took full responsibility for all the nutty things he did to force the police to tase his arm and arrest him for disorderly conduct, just so that he could make a video of himself heckling Sen. Kerry. He's on 18 months probation.
