Basically you need a software, that extracts all the channels from 5.1 Dolby Surround audio track and then, if you're lucky, the music in two rear channels comes pretty much without SFX. But not all remastered DVDs contain the perfect isolation, thus also sound effects are heard and ripping becomes nearly impossible.
