This is good!! A few points, hopefully constructive - I would suggest dropping in the line at the beginning where they talk about how the doctor said he could go blind with one more fight. It would explain more why he was so scared to fight and why Mickey wouldn't train him. Also, don't rely so much on the modern music. It's good, but you HAVE to drop in the Eye of the Tiger theme if only a little :)

The blueprint for a movie trailer starts off slow with a lot of long shots and transitions, gradually replaces transitions with harsher cuts, and finally ends with a blizzard of hyperactive ADD cuts which give away all the important plot points of the film. I am not criticizing your work. I think that you are brilliant; I hope that you get paid to do this for a living. But this is the state of the industry, and heaven help anybody who watches a film after the 2-3 minute trailer.

I'm not usually a big fan of your personal trailers its cool that you make them, and they look Hollywood legit, it just ain't the same.
