I think the ZI8 is better in terms of color restitution and a little more pronounced than the IPhone 4S. But in low ligth, i think the IPhone 4S is better and have a little less noise than the ZI8...
So my preference go to the ZI8 who is the best when the light is good.

err... well zi8 is discontinued and looks like Kodak is about to file for bancrupcy so
not a lot of future in the zi8.
