@wiimin95 - Actually...he couldn't have won - Waluigi had a lower coin total than the winner, Mario, at the end of the game (as in, total coins at the end of the game, not highest total coins collected at one time) so even if he was even in stars then he couldn't have won unless he got TWO more coins higher than Mario, then he could have been the Dream Star for that board.
