He suceeded in killing his mother, but Thomas Wayne was able to save his father's life by means of his excellent medical abilities (which ultimately inspired Elliot to become a doctor) and ultimately when Thomas and his wife died, Elliot passed the grudge to Wayne.

I'd also like to see scarecrow in an actual fight. Scarecrow in the comics is a master in crane style kung fu and also has a martial art he made up named violent dancing which makes use of his long arms and legs.

Man-Bat NEEDS to be in the last game; an underrated villian that deserves a chance in the spot light; though, Killer Croc unlike Bane still possesses a scare factor so I'd keep him in. Here's what I think; Man-Bat should be a pursuer villian when Batman flies in the air and Croc can be a pursuer in sewer areas; like Nemesis from Resident Evil 3.

Based on my deductions, a few major players in the next rocksteady batman game (which i think will be called 'city of terror') will be: black mask, thomas elliot (hush), jonathan crane (scarecrow), azrael, the falcone crime family, and possibly riddler again (though i doubt it)

I know it probably won't happen but if by some slim chance a third game is made they had better have Hush as the main villain that would be a perfect idea to implement in the next game you have Hush pay off Deadshot to help him as well as Zas by bringing him victims to kill. The game would have a tone much darker than the one in this game .

More likely the story could focus on Azreal and the order of St. dumas or the R.I.P storyline of the comics. @zenon381 Hush is pretty much the anti Batman he's as cunning and intelligent as Batman/Bruce Wayne, an expert marksman, and a murderous madman to boot. In someways one could say he's a much greater villain than the Joker. I've read up on the stories featuring him in the comics and he's really creepy probably the most scary of all of Batman's foes . He needs I repeat needs to be a major part of the next game cause of the lead up from this one almost guarantees that.

@zenon381 Actually one of my major disappointments with this game was that there was no Batmobile chases so if my idea came true you would have parts where you would try and out drive the cops in the batmobile . For the story maybe it starts off with Ra's causing chaos and Hush and Riddler are doing their thing behind the scenes also in the comic The Riddler and Hush did actually team up against Batman now I know they want to put original stories in their games but that one aspect would work.

But the thing is getting vechile gameplay right would be a huuuge risk for rocksteady to take in terms of game desgin, and if they get it wrong they wouldn't hear any end to it from critics and reviewers and even the fans. Its a risk =/ and that could work since arkham city has a similar story to the "no mans land" batman comic, they are orignal but with some inspirtation from the comics

@dredvax Ra's might actually still be alive. After the final fight with Clayface, his body has vanished from the place it got impaled. Difficulty is that he doesn't seem to stay dead.
One of the many reasons why I love Paul Dini. What I find interesting is that in the next game (there's too many hints here there's gotta be a sequel to this) the villains and Azrael have hinted that in the future they'll do something that Batman is unable to stop. Hush hinted it, Croc hinted it, and Scarecrow's last message all combined with Azrael's prophecy seem somehow connected. I'm looking forward to the next game, Dini don't let me down!

I know it probably won't happen but if by some slim chance a third game is made they had better have Hush as the main villain that would be a perfect idea to implement in the next game you have Hush pay off Deadshot to help him as well as Zas by bringing him victims to kill. The game would have a tone much darker than the one in this game .

@orichalcossaiyan There will be a third one, thats for sure lol. But i dont think Hush is strong enough a villan to headline it. More likely the story could focus on Azreal and the order of St. dumas or the R.I.P storyline of the comics. Though i wouldnt rule out Ras al ghul making some sort of return via another lazarus pit lol

(thats not sarscam im genuinely interested here), personally i just think its likely they'll use a more famous villan that everyone knows, or mabye a fan favourite thats lesser known. Two-face could be a main villan for example (i think he didnt get enough time in arkham city). Id like to see the red hood too

@zenon381 Hush is pretty much the anti Batman he's as cunning and intelligent as Batman/Bruce Wayne, an expert marksman, and a murderous madman to boot. In someways one could say he's a much greater villain than the Joker. I've read up on the stories featuring him in the comics and he's really creepy probably the most scary of all of Batman's foes . He needs I repeat needs to be a major part of the next game cause of the lead up from this one almost guarantees that.

I mean to have simply had a riddle for him in the first game then giving him an actual appearance has to lead up to a bigger role in the next game simply giving him his own side mission again in a third game would be a huge disappointment plus to those who never heard of Hush I'm pretty sure the reason he was shown was to introduce him to those not familiar with as well as give him an

@orichalcossaiyan That does sound really cool, didnt know that about Hush. Mabye if they play of the R.I.P storyline they could use Hush to replace Bruce wayne and ruin his identity while other villans run amok. Actually like that idea lol cool =)

@zenon381 Well Hush is a fairly new villain as well but the whole him being a childhood friend of Bruce's makes it fit imo so if they did do a third game I would have it where the Riddler and Hush team up just like they do in the comics however at the same time much like they did in this game there would be another scenario going on as well much how this game was about going after Joker and Hugo Strange to stop them both in this .

@zenon381 third game if they did end up making one they could have the story be that on end you have the Riddler and Hush working together and the story would go that they both figure out that Batman is Bruce Wayne(much like how it happens in the comic) they then frame Bruce for all of Hush's murders and have them send information to the police of Bruce being Batman so in that game not only would you contend with the Riddler and Hush but also the police chasing you all the way

But damn that does sound like a good way to line up the third game, cant really think of any villans id like to see that they havent already done (mabye firefly). Hopefully they'll give us all of gotham this time (no vechiles though, that wouldnt work), and some sort of inclusion of robin/nightwing/oracle or the batcave/wayne mansion would be cool too

@zenon381 Actually one of my major disappointments with this game was that there was no Batmobile chases so if my idea came true you would have parts where you would try and out drive the cops in the batmobile . For the story maybe it starts off with Ra's causing chaos and Hush and Riddler are doing their thing behind the scenes also in the comic The Riddler and Hush did actually team up against Batman now I know they want to put original stories in their games but that one aspect would work.

@orichalcossaiyan Dont get me wrong, id love to have batmobile sections too. But the thing is getting vechile gameplay right would be a huuuge risk for rocksteady to take in terms of game desgin, and if they get it wrong they wouldn't hear any end to it from critics and reviewers and even the fans. Its a risk =/ and that could work since arkham city has a similar story to the "no mans land" batman comic, they are orignal but with some inspirtation from the comics

@zenon381 and finally that thing with Azreal would be happening at the same time as well the game would be more difficult in that maybe you would be unable to attack cops and would only be able to sneak past them without hurting them and making things worse for yourself kind of like a type of wanted system like what they did in Assassins Creed 2 with the notoriety.It would be awesome cause pretty much the walls would be coming down on Batman .

Alot of villains are alive for Arkham 3: Hush, Ra's, Croc, Ivy, Harley, Mad Hatter, Riddler (No batman game is AWESOME without Riddler's challenges),The Joker's child (Possibly the most WTF thing ever) and Azrael (even though he looks more of an anti-hero)

Sure there are other threats in arkham city, depending on when you complete this side quest but after protocol 10 is shut down, why not go after Hush.

One of the many reasons why I love Paul Dini. What I find interesting is that in the next game (there's too many hints here there's gotta be a sequel to this) the villains and Azrael have hinted that in the future they'll do something that Batman is unable to stop. Hush hinted it, Croc hinted it, and Scarecrow's last message all combined with Azrael's prophecy seem somehow connected. I'm looking forward to the next game, Dini don't let me down!
