  • Russia won the 2018 fifa world cup bid!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hard luck, QATAR WON

  • @CHn11000 maybe you havent noticed but the 1994 world cup held in the usa had the most attendance of any world cup

  • USA DONT DESERVE IT THEY DONT EVEN LIKE SOCCER THEY LOOSERS

  • Lets hope not

    Go Australia!

  • u already frign had it recently dont be hogs, its Australia's turn

  • just read ur info on this vid and to say that englands bidding stadiums hold only 25000 is laughable! for one fifa regulations state that any host stadiums for EVEN THE SMALLEST GROUP STAGE match have to have a capacity of at least 40000 and the then there have to be the quater finals of 4 staiums that need a cap of at least 50000 and and the semis need 2 of 60000 and the final also needs 60000. wemerly has 93000. old trafford 80000, st james park 59000 new anfiled 70000, emaraites 70000 so on!

  • Holland-Belgium or England 2018

    Australia or United States 2022

  • Qatar 2022?

  • Are you really really sure that only 9 will make the final cut if USA is chosen? If so then what a waste.

  • @JMR83 that's how it was back in 1994. Even though I think we should use 16 stadia instead of just 9.

  • @longisland495

Yes but you gotta remember that 1994 was a 24-team tournament. 2022 will be bigger so needs more stadia!

Besides, assuming USA 2022 does win there will be more than eleven years to prepare so surely some new additions to the venues could creep in and FIFA will be OK with a final pool of 20, hey that was the number used in 2002 (although that was in 2 countries using 10 stadia each)

IMO, there should be 20 stadia perhaps centred around 4 regional clusters of 5 stadia each.

  • @longisland495

    continued

I would have 4 clusters of - Pacific and West coast, The Midwest, The Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states and one of the southern states.

Come to think, yes only 9 were used in 1994 which is much less than the numbers used in 82, 86 and 90.

Any chance to write to the USSF to convince them exactly how many stadia should be used and where?

I mean, no Chicago! That is crazy.

  • @longisland495

back in 94, there were only 24 teams, and not 32.

    it's gonna be 12 stadiums.

finally, no one gives two shits about WNBA.

  • @KamHtown You're right. It will be 12, not 9. Thanks for the correction. I always appreciate it when I get corrected on wrong info. It happens a lot.

I'm just hoping now that the US isn't screwed by this voting scandal with these guys from Nigeria and New Zealand.

  • @longisland495

    USA is screwed

    Australia is getting 2022!!

  • Hmm, thanks for this update Bro

  • @seand67 No problem, man!

  • @longisland495 i think you should check out the size of wemerly stadium mate and how much it cost before saying that the grandness of stadiums in london aren't that of the us's. but good vid ne way . its odd to see a american talking about !!FOOTBALL!! with even the slightest of a idear of what they are talking about so well done you.. also if i was u i would be worrying about the fact that the last time the us got the event it was 1994. thats only 6 wc's between that and 2022! gonna be aussies
