this is honestly how i feel cici, you keep saying you are having bad days and not loosing weight and do videos on a whim, and i feel like if you are gonna loose weight then loose it be motivated to loose it i lost 45 pounds and i did it alone, and with all of this support you should be doing something by now i am honesly not trying to be mean

CiCi, If you want a quick way to lose weight you should try the atkins diet because it has worked for me and my grandma and my mom! Its low carb and high protein and i lose 3 pounds in 3 days so i think this works amazing!

Cici, if you want a really good workout app, search 'Nike Training' in the App Store. There are an assortment of workouts to target specific areas of your body as well as all over workouts. It's tiring but worth it. Check it out if you want to.
@nerdybirdy24 I agree. I have that app and it's really good. They do cool stuff depending on how many minutes you worked with it, like exclusive celebrity workouts, recipe books, etc. It's really good.
