I never understood why this album didn't do well, It was one of their best. At the time I don't even recall it being promoted, unlike their previous albums. I stumbled upon it in a record store around 1990, two years after it's release. Jim Peterik said in an interview that Too Hot To Sleep was probably their best effort and the album's lack of success was a big shock and disappointment to all of them. This caused a lot of friction and pretty much ended the band.

this was also a class survivor album. jimi? dave? it never mattered. simply two of the best ever rock singers. survivor fans were really spoiled!

what a song! survivor are great its a shame they wasnt bigger they will be known for eye of the tiger but that isnt enough everyone who has listend to there albums knows there more then a soundtrack
