I'm sure that your very first time you appear on a TV event you would be very nervous. This can produce poor performances. But with every time you appear in front of the cameras, you get used to it more and more and you become a better player.
Why does he never play in the Grand slam of darts on ITV 4? where he would have a chance to play all the top players from BDO and PDC. Hope he enters Scott Waites is raining champion I will be rooting for BDO this time up.

Felt a tad sorry for Fleet when this happened, as in any sport, everyone has bad days, plus the Jetlag he may have been feeling. Still, glad Adams got through, he is awesome on his day.

Legends like Eric Bristow, John Lowe, Jocky Wilson and even Phil Taylor won BDO World titles in the past. The PDC was formed in 1991/92 by the best dartes of that era.

His problem was he was a little bit Drunk, he was the current Pacific Masters Champion and obviously qualified for the World Championship so he is quite clearly not a bad player, i reckon he was so nervous he had to have a few drinks before going out.
Justin Lee-Collins made a documentary where he tried to become a professional darts player. He found that he couldn't hit anything when he was sober because he was so nervous, so he started drinking and suddenly his arm was steady and he was hitting almost everything. But then he had a bit too much and played a county player, got nervous again due to the new drunken pressure, and once again couldn't hit a thing. It's a vicious cycle. But at least he qualified, eh?

I was there that night chatting to some of the players in the bar. He had been drinking all day because he was so nervous. Felt really sorry for him.

His problem was he was a little bit Drunk, he was the current Pacific Masters Champion and obviously qualified for the World Championship so he is quite clearly not a bad player, i reckon he was so nervous he had to have a few drinks before going out.

Justin Lee-Collins made a documentary where he tried to become a professional darts player. He found that he couldn't hit anything when he was sober because he was so nervous, so he started drinking and suddenly his arm was steady and he was hitting almost everything. But then he had a bit too much and played a county player, got nervous again due to the new drunken pressure, and once again couldn't hit a thing. It's a vicious cycle. But at least he qualified, eh?
