Very nice. In Deutschland autobahn right. I miss Germany. Thanks for posting. I have the slower version 1999 E300 and even the slower 1983 300D. This is my next goal but I may have to wait a few more years before they get cheaper. I alsways thought MB just a rich person's toy until I got mine. Long lasting cars. The oldest car 300D can be driven WOT and will not shake or feel out of control compared to most cars albeit the top speed may not be that great same with the E300.

@2fight4 You are totally wrong. The OM613 is a 3.2litre CDI inline six, produced between 2001-2003. Then came the OM648, also a 3.2litre CDI inline six (a further development of the OM613) produced between 2003-2006, which in turn is a further development of the OM606 (the first 24-valve DOHC diesel from Mercedes-Benz)...

@602780573 No Your Both Wrong, Yes It Is Inline Cylinders Upto 2006 e220 cdi e270 cdi and e320 cdi, but you can get v6 engines in e280 cdi and e320 cdi but 2006 and onwards it doesnt have to be the rounded front fog lights it started 1 year earlier, but they definetly have v6.

9.5 litres average at high-speed cruising. Minimum was 5.5 litres (80-90km/h). Typical fuel consumption 8 litres. E320CDI is really a great highway cruiser. Is fast, comfortable and very economical

my dad has an 2001 E320CDI and when he's driving, he needs ~8,2 (max180kph), lowest was 6.8 with 90 on italian highway and highest was 11.3 with nearly nonstop over 200kph.

- lowest ~6.0 80-90Km/h(over a copule 100's Km)

- maximum 16.2L / 100 all out over about 230Km, average 203Km/h on a German Autobahn at night with 245/265 R18. Might seem high, try getting a 203 Km/h average over 230Km for yourself and see how hard it is.

Im in the US and have a 2003 E320 240hp 3.2L V6... there are speed limits over here however but still I was curious one day and pushed it up to 115 mph although it was a 50mph zone... not sure what the conversion is for that in km/h but I am sure however that if I was caught I was going straight to jail!... If I ever get the chance to visit Germany I'm headed straight for a rental and hopping on the autobahn... nice vid!

well actually I don't rebember because it is now 4 years ago, but long term fuel consumption was around 9.5. I guess around 120 it must be 7 liters and at 200 km/h something like a around 12 litres. I know one time when I pushed the car on his maximum, consumption was during the maximum speed around 16 litres which is I think excelent result. Maximum speed was 247, because only 5speed gearbox.

look I was the owner of this car, so don't try to tell me anything about the engine configuration. This one is the inline six diesel engine. Check the google for info. 320CDI V6 is available firstly for W211 since 2007

Yeap just ordinary model with no modification. Fuel really don't know because 5ys ago but probably nearly full, because I had drove the car from one town which is 60 km way back.

I asked those questions because the car seems to accelerate very well, 60-120 km/h in just 6 seconds. Since the temperature was only +1 degrees Celsius, the turbo gave more power. At 0:50 you can see that the tank was just over half full.
