@tatjana09323 please watch my video about "How to mix nutrients". For growing lettuce I would still use a 3 Part Grow Micro Bloom formula. But I would keep the PPM's very low 200-400 as lettuce does not need a lot of nutrients to grow.

from what i can understand the needs of growing any plant with hydroponics is to change the amount of nutrients it gets as it size grows

I love the video! Great stuff.... I am doing a water melon grow in my classroom this year in a grow tent with 2 - 520w led lights. It will be interesting to see what happens. If it works, then I would like to try a giant pumpkin inside my class!
