Hi Ahmed, this is my first time watching your videos and your technique seems easy to follow even for a beginner. I exercise at home and have a carpeted living room. It seems like some exercises I can execute better without sneakers on and others I do need the footwear. I have seen all types of videos where the instructor will either work barefoot, with socks on or wear sneakers. Doing cardio to weight training. So does it really matter whether I a persona wears sneakers when working out?
@ImThaidUp no but wearing sneakers while exercising means that they will get sweaty and smelly. on the other hand they give more friction on some surfaces

@lilmizzd2002 getting a gym membership is great because if you put money down, you are likely to go workout. Just make sure you do something active (and fun) every day! Fitness is a marathon. plan on losing 1-2 pounds per week. I would suggest 2 days cardio, 2 days weight training and 2 days stretch/cardio like yoga or pilates per week, +1 day of something like shooting hoops. Goodluck with your goal! (oh, and don't eat meat if you want to be healthy)

wouldnt women who have muscle mass on their arms gain more muscle mass by using there body weight in these exercises to keep them up right? i have muscle mass on my arms that i want to tone down its way too much any tips?
@labellabrownie no...you can only increase muscle mass by adding more resistance...since female testosterone levels are super low...building bulky muscle from doing body weight exercises will not happen(ie. yoga)...Think about all of the guys in the gym lifting heavy and hoping for size...they have 80% more testosterone than you...and find it hard to bulk up...these moves are female friendly...~ahmad
@BuRtOink sure do...check out some of the day 1-30 workout clips...but if you want to send your pecs into super growth mode...do the advanced special forces workout PART 2 two to three times...then try your normal heavy chest workout...let me know how it goes...~ahmad

well to start...you need to begin slow by maybe spending some time on a stationary bike and build up quad/hamstring/calf and knee strength. Practice doing interval spinning... 15 seconds fast 15 seconds slow for 5 to 20 minutes for week 1-3...then lets talk again after that... for snacks I love almonds and protein smoothies...no not together....lol...
Hey. I workout for over one year now, but i always work on specific part of muscle, I never do all exercises at once (like you)... I go jog twice a week, I do push-ups once a week, and the rest of the week i spend for shoulders, triceps, back, legs, biceps, chest and torso. I have a good diet.
But i still dont understand your videos... Why would you do this kind of exercises instead of standard exercises with dumbells + push ups + jogging + diet??
So why should i do those exercises (If i should)?? And by the way i wouldn't be even able to fit all those exercises in one week, so whats the point of doing irregular exercises?
you aren't supposed to do all the exercises, they are intended to either supplement, or even become your entire workout. you can either pick and choose which ones you'd like to do, or you can follow the 'weekly' clips.
it's only irregular if you make it so, certainly if you're following the weekly clips, then you do the requisite number of reps daily for a week.
why do this instead of the 'standard'? well it keeps it a bit more interesting for a start,
if you try a few of them, i think you will find that you get a great workout, from what looks relatively simple. and ahmad always says that diet is important too.
i think a lot of us find the relatively short clips make them a lot easier to fit into a daily routine, as does the relative lack of equipment required.
if you are squeezing the abs and not rushing you will feel it throughout entire core... Ladies can do this workout...I made this for one of my female viewers if you notice at top:)~ahmad

Ok now remember the point at which you stopped....try to go a few more seconds past that point tomorrow...keep doing that until you have managed to complete the whole clip...then follow the instructions under the details...proud of you for trying! Here is a SERIOUS question for you.
Can a person "build" a butt? Honestly? Are there really exercises that will give you a butt/booty?
If so, please direct me to a video/site that gives this information. Is this information in your E-Book?
No need to provide an answer so I will purchase the book, I'm going to do that anyway. I just want an HONEST answer...so I'm not killing myself trying to get something that I can't get.

don't be embarassed, just make the commitment to change.
check out ahmad's other clips, the 'lesson' clips will help you out on eating. then try the weekly cardio clips, start with week one.

well to start...you need to begin slow by maybe spending some time on a stationary bike and build up quad/hamstring/calf and knee strength. Practice doing interval spinning... 15 seconds fast 15 seconds slow for 5 to 20 minutes for week 1-3...then lets talk again after that... for snacks I love almonds and protein smoothies...no not together....lol...

Hey. I workout for over one year now, but i always work on specific part of muscle, I never do all exercises at once (like you)... I go jog twice a week, I do push-ups once a week, and the rest of the week i spend for shoulders, triceps, back, legs, biceps, chest and torso. I have a good diet.
But i still dont understand your videos... Why would you do this kind of exercises instead of standard exercises with dumbells + push ups + jogging + diet??
You really got my confused now.

So why should i do those exercises (If i should)?? And by the way i wouldn't be even able to fit all those exercises in one week, so whats the point of doing irregular exercises?

Hi Morr.
you aren't supposed to do all the exercises, they are intended to either supplement, or even become your entire workout. you can either pick and choose which ones you'd like to do, or you can follow the 'weekly' clips.
it's only irregular if you make it so, certainly if you're following the weekly clips, then you do the requisite number of reps daily for a week.
why do this instead of the 'standard'? well it keeps it a bit more interesting for a start,

if you try a few of them, i think you will find that you get a great workout, from what looks relatively simple. and ahmad always says that diet is important too.
i think a lot of us find the relatively short clips make them a lot easier to fit into a daily routine, as does the relative lack of equipment required.

It went well I did your Week 2 five times. staying in my zone 131 is the magic number for me.
I just did this Hour Glass again this morning and realized that i have a hard time with the second exercise, i have to do it on my knees for now is that ok?
