Real Football Soccer 2009 for iPhone or iPod Touch

Ok so Americans generally call our great game soccer rather than football. Anyone wanna know why? Allllrrriiigghhttyy then the word soccer is derived from the word Association as in Association football as thats the true name of the sport its just that most people drop the association part of the name as it generally has no purpose. We, in most of the world call it just football whereas Americans to avoid confusion with their own game call it the IMO awful acronism of soccer.

Not now as this game is over a year old. The Real football app is slightly easier to play but doesn't offer as many options as the Fifa 10 does.

I bought this for 79c. If I had bought this for the original price of €5.99 I would have been slightly disappointed. At first it appears to work OK, but it is full of bugs. This game has not been tested thoroughly (perhaps this reflected in the price?). Automatic player selection during that game is shocking at times. There is a list of problems I have encountered since starting to play this some months ago.

So 79c is all it is worth.

I do agree with you partly. I think there are only minor bugs though especially with the player selection sometimes. But bear in mind this is a year old now and I think when EA release FIFA 10 that will be interesting

I have this game on my 2nd generation Ipod Touch and the badges are different then the ones on your game and mine doesn't have the Spain LIGA BBVA it just says 'Spain' and doesn't have official logos.

Also in England the team Hull has old players in from ages ago.

this is a class game, however a few problems are

, sprinting is a pain in that running forward up or down is easy, but double tapping diagonal rarely works

but the biggest problem is that if you kick the ball to the opposition goal keeper you can then stand directly in front of him and when he kicks it bounces off you and either goes in the net or drops perfectly for the volley, making it easy to win every game, once you know this it ruins the game. SORRY if you didnt!

yes, double tap the direction on the directional pad and you'll sprint. then just hold down your finger on any direction. it will take a while to get used to.

it won't work on a 1.1.4 iphone as the app store requires version 2.0 for every application. sorry, your go will be wasted. you could try searching for a version 2.0 unlocked and jailbroken as I believe it exists out there.
