I've only been working out for 3 months not 2 years, I'm 6'2, and around 165, so in my opinion I know i'm not getting any taller and if I am I could care less 6'2 is a reasonable height for me. I eat proteins after every workout, and wait a solid 2-3 days after each workout as a rest so my muscles can rebuild. Your ignorant if you believe it is impossible.

Not only did I this in 12 weeks, but I only worked out for one hour at a time, 3 or 4 days a week. I only worked my abs 8 times over a 3 month period... once a week for the last 8 weeks, 3 or 4 minutes per workout. That's it!!
