you open belma.exe to play the game maybe? The ip address of the server might have changed from the default on belmaserverconf.exe, but I'm not going to say the IP address on youtube.

One method to find the IP address is to google "elmawiki" then go to installation section and check the picture about belmaserverconf.exe
