@metolius the playback of a video like this is 20-30 frames a second but was recorded at 600 frames. but probly after effects or something.

semi auto shotguns use a recycling system and take part of the gas expanded during the actual shot to push (cycle) the bolt thus reloading the gun. its not as much effort as you might think because there is no heavy pump so not much gas is used.

Because this is a semi-auto shotgun, it reloads with the recoil and shoots one shot per one trigger pull and the "one you need to pump before you pull the trigger" is called a pump shotgun.
