I played runescape for about 5 years now.. going on 6 years i been here when runescape first had original free trade, and wild and no barrier, i remember wandering around being lost all the time and end up in wild getting killed.. And here's mine side of the story, both of your arguments are well said. The biggest advantage, that is that children aren't playing Runescape anymore, because it gets boring when they can't bot. In stead of that, most children will play outside now or do something else, then playing Runescape, which causes also less lagg. This is a positive effect of this update, but Runescape is creepy empty now, I'm kinda missing the crowds :P
Ok, 3 main things. So, people are saying that Jagex are going to shut down because they're going to lose so much money because bots have gone. Yes they'll lose some, but Jagex have created more than just RuneScape. And people saying that you have to be a no lifer to play RuneScape without a bot, we gamers play games for fun in our free time. Most of the ppl are botters. The guys at lvl 138 and with comp cape or maxed are obviously botters. I botted too and is because this is fucking hard to train and get money. And if we have a life we need to bot. Who dont bot is a no lifer

@SirKil0t I used to be totally against botters. And even after trying botting for a day I still don't play this game anymore. I still don't completely see the point in botting mainly because what's the point if all you do is bot all day, but I see the reason. People like myself don't have 4 hours to train for one level when that's all the free time we have in an entire day. But to each man his own.

I myself botted a lot, but as a botter I'm glad to see all the bots banned, I forgot what runescape was about when I started to bot, I'm looking forward to being able to kill blue dragons again. THANKS JAGEX -3

im kinda sad... jedex had to remove 30 world cuz they now only have average 300 player per world they 100 000 people... they should just limit access to bots so they can only run for couple hours or something... and now with 50 000 players its harder to make money with no one to trade and no one to buy ur item in GE bad choice jedex

And here's mine side of the story, both of your arguments are well said. The biggest advantage, that is that children aren't playing Runescape anymore, because it gets boring when they can't bot. In stead of that, most children will play outside now or do something else, then playing Runescape, which causes also less lagg. This is a positive effect of this update, but Runescape is creepy empty now, I'm kinda missing the crowds :P

Ok, 3 main things. So, people are saying that Jagex are going to shut down because they're going to lose so much money because bots have gone. Yes they'll lose some, but Jagex have created more than just RuneScape. And people saying that you have to be a no lifer to play RuneScape without a bot, we gamers play games for fun in our free time. It's sad that you get a computer to control your account for you to level you up. What's the point if you don't even like the game. You just make it worse

i been playing since 2004, and man those were the days. I miss old wildy pking. everything back then was perfect. then runescape tryed being like so many other games, and jagex started to fuck everything up. made everything way more complicated then it had to be, and that was when i started botting. pretty much just to keep up with the flow. i think the game is going to shit. Too bad though wish it could just go back to how it used to be. :(

Bots were around 60% of RS population now...well maybe 3%. Botters were in control for years until Bot Nuke day. But sadly they will be back
