@SRJ1957 One thing I've found very odd is that several of my friends who are from countries within the United Kingdom don't completely understand America's more bizarre styles of humor, so I can see how Jools reacted the way he did. He probably didn't pick up the sarcasm entirely which is really sad because the British also have a very interesting sense of humor though and it is often overlooked as being dry by all of my American friends.

@FindingYourChad ...I felt Jools was a little intimidated by Steves masterful comedic replies, whereby other musical artists reply with "expected" answer. By all intents and purposes the Later with Jools Holland Show is a gem...and too are Steve Martin and Jools Holland in there own right. (BTW... I bought The Crow CD and it is a great listen)
