It was originally running on one power car with the other engine providing ETS only, the power car that was running, was running on low power and then failed at Biggleswade.
All the credit goes to my partner for this one. He works in Control and it was his brain child to put the two together. He couldn't resist nipping over to York Station to catch a glimpse :)

@Cazkumali Heaton is the Depot in Newcastle where Grand Central's Trains are (ahem) maintained. They look after Northern Rail and East Coast too.
