  • hey is it okay for the bar to not be over the middle of the foot? my squat style is similar to yours but I get a lot of knee pain

  • great results. Mr. Broz, would you reccommend to everyone to do the olympic lifts everyday like your athletes do? how long does each workout generally last? is there any set workload for each workout?

    i am really interested in lifting everyday but i want to be smart about it.
