Great job. I'm loving the metallic blue on the rear thruster ball. It looks so smooth! I can hardly believe you did it with markers at all. Did you try to do the trims on the arms and around the knee? Great job, man
Thanks! I thought the metallic blue would make a similar job as the original metallic orange by creating some contrast, and it did just the effect i wanted. I must say, it took 2 coats of gold marker and a lot of care with handling... This paint wears off like crazy!
@NagaTen I was referring to those channels around the back of the forearms, around the knee joint and I think there's one before the ankle armour flares outward. They're very shallow and I was just wondering if you had tried giving them a go.
@okamishade Hmm... Still not sure what you're saying ;p
I did use some channels on the legs for those red trim lines, but apart from that there's not much more on the legs i could use. The forearms i just wanted to keep simple since they're so small (more colors would make them look too busy).
@NagaTen Not at all. Don't worry about it at all^ ^ I was just curious about how you found painting it. I like your scheme a lot though. It really turned out great^ ^

Wow, that is a super amazing job. I have most of those gundam markers, but i only use them for minor details and tree scars. You have shown that me that gundam markers used that right way can have amazing results. Thank you and great job.
Holy cow you used Gundam markers for the whole kit?!?!! You did an amazing job man! Where did you get the metallic blue and purple? I want to get those!! I've never seen them before!! Good luck!!

@GundamGuns Thanks! I got the markers from ishoptogo but they should be available from any distributor. Their color codes are GM17 and GM19.
