  • i dont want ..control or persuade just wanna help.. maybe that comes from the fact that i have played semi pro in england..and played 14 years in germany...a football player has to be very flexible, i mean with not only with technique but also physically.. so if someone can work hard on this training what your  doing and also there speed stamina and overall strength.. they are pretty much onto a winner..study Wiel Coerver ´s dribbling ideas too

  • i have been teaching coever since 1985 when he came to the usa and played at the better levels here in the usa, with all the players that came over for the summer when the english leagues were on break.

  • its all good training .. a football player ( the correct name not soccer mate) should be flexible with both inside outside of both feet.. and this is very important to develop allround technique which will in effect improve self confidence.. football is a team sport but very much based upon on single situations.. which make all the difference so perfecting such techniques as these are very much a major priority... combine this with a pass .
