No new info in over ten years, sorta off the radar. It was listed as a potential flier, but I do not know if this is the current goal of the project. I saw some engine photos years ago and they were pristine after rebuild.
I really thought the Lake Jonsvannet He-111 should be built as a flier, but Germany will be putting it on static display.
There's only 3 original Heinkel 111's left, and that must be one of them

There's a 4th HE-111 being constructed from original parts and CASA 211parts.
