  • I can't even do 50! -_-

  • @BpecikoPK ..can u do 1? if yes den do 1 a hundred times...lol

  • Well, I'm off of youtube untill I get something akin to anywhere near this done :P

  • try lifting 1 leg up while doing push ups, it helps!

  • how do you get music on your videos?

  • ive been trying for a week and i cant do more than 2 pushups grrrrrrr

  • @gamesaver1000 are u american? =/

  • 2 questions

1st is good to train muscle every day no break and ?

2where do you learned your flow movement and how do you call that?

  • Hey Nice Video .. Please I want to know the song's name?

  • im 11 i can only do 80 push ups but im still working on it

  • is there any exercise that works the back?besides pullups?

  • nice house :)

  • i know that criticism is never fun, but your workout is borderline awful. especially since you're training for parkour, you really need to work pulling motions (chin ups), leg strength, and grip strength.

and that "flow" thing was not martial arts, it was just embarrassing. go for a run instead.

  • Please teach me that move at 1:19

  • For that form at 2:01 where you start moving around, did you make it up or did you learn it?

  • why dont u workout with Dumbbells?

  • @omarstrike Dumbells are for nerds... remember?

  • @suparpowers u can not build muscles with just body weight workouts !

  • @omarstrike Lol really? Pushups are almost the same as bench presses etc... You get my point? Just do other form of bench presses or chair dips... and there you have it: a bicep-tricep workout.

  • @suparpowers how could u train ur quads without weights for example?...unless u want chicken legs?! u need to train all ur body muscles...

weights are for adding resistance...coz sometimes body weight is not enough to feel burn in ur muscles...

  • @omarstrike Lol that's true. I lose.

  • @omarstrike this is because you dont know how to train with out weight there a lot more variation of natural exercise

  • @bntt04 it depends on your goal, If u want only strength ...then it is okay, but my goal is strength and muscles, so i have to add weight.

  • dude do you think this would eventually make me fit coz im nto like ultra fat but i dont have a 6 pack either, im 14 and im really into parkour i can only do around 45 press ups however XD

  • lol thats how i work out too :d COOL

  • Be careful if you do it on stairs, both arms should be equally muscled.

  • those are insane upper body conditioning man,, any tips? tried them but it's really difficult...

  • @genon182 That's the point, lol.

  • damm... youre in shape!!! xD

  • hey man, quick question how many reps of push ups do u do if u do 60 curl ups then 80 then a 100 wat do u do the same reps for pushups?

  • Nice workout ideas, thanks man

  • Yo, what Kata is that?

  • Lofl I can only do 10 at a time

  • it's all fun

until you realize noone pays to you for parkouring and it's all time spent for nothing

  • music is jedi mind tricks but it's an instramental version of the song

  • How often and long do you work out? You're looking fit.

  • lol dont wry man!! hehe but u from Hawaii!! u should have an even tan!!

  • whats the form your doing playa?

  • nice video thanks for the ideas

  • I just wanted to give you a quick tip. On your leg raises, your almost doing a knee up. You need to have a more controlled movement, otherwise you won't be isolating any specific muscle group. In this video you're using momentum to get your legs in the air. You want to use strictly muscle, or else you're just throwing your legs in the air. Also, when you raise your legs, bring them, roughly 36" above the ground, and when you lower them, bring them roughly 5" off the ground. Keep up the good work

  • go to the gym

  • 100! *dies* xD

  • Hey ,

Im only 14 i tried this workout

Only managed to do 25 pushups then 10 of those leg raise thingy those were really hard i dont think i did it correct but i did 10 then i couldnt do those sofa situps so i did normal crunches then i just did 10 pushups ,

My arms are shaking like shit right now

is this fine for my age? im almost 15

  • @corvette786 Depends how your shape is, have you trained much before?

I'm 15 and I take 100 sit ups and 50 push ups everyday, and that works fine for me. but i've done this for a year now.. but don't start with 50 push ups, if you not do this normal. start with 10 everyday and after some weeks you can raise the number. (my english is not soo good.. )

    :-)

  • nice bro my goal is alway 200pushups with some other stuff like ab workouts and let know if u learned the form by watching a video or by a wushu class if not let me know what video lol thanks and i subed.alot of awesome tutorials

  • at around 2:44 (the push-up variations), at my school, diamonds are done with the legs more than shoulder-width apart, the knuckles-with-elbows-tucked-in push-ups are called military push-ups, except they're just done on the palms and not knuckles, and push-ups with the arms wide apart are called wide-fly push-ups. The most normal push-ups I can do nonstop is 60.

  • hey man, i like your vid, and, idk and idc if you use these hints but they're all for good fun.

when at handstand pushups, try widening your arms from each other, which'll make you train the triceps a lot mor (i can do 15 now without a wall)

and when you do pushups, try not to lock em, in which i mean, when you go up, don't stretch your arms out so that your elbows luck.

nice vid and keep developping in parkour :D

  • lol 2:03 random kid :)

  • im a wrestler, and we do a lot of roll drills and pushups and all this, so after freestyle ends i think imma be set to try gymnastics over the summer

  • you didnt do non stop things :P

  • your rolls are good. my record for normal press ups is 128

  • dayum,, lol i only dish out pushups in sets of 20

no wonder i cant do a human flag

  • He done sets of 20 you knob.

  • hey that's Hung-Gar (1:57) i do it too! xD since a year

  • Nah bro. Its just movement. I study Kung Fu, but not Hung Gar specifically.

  • damn... i can't do more than 10.. or 15...

  • This is unbelievable man! How many reps do you do of everything?

  • What is the name off that song?? Nice hearing

  • i can do likee 60 pushups nonstop :[ still young and shit though but yeah, i'll get there.

  • 5/5 man!

  • Cool training man i'l need to try this to...

  • your soo fluid

  • Dude great training ;) need to try and beat you at that :p

  • great job man. Though i have some advice on the pushups. Keep youre back straight, but push youre bottom up so that you can go down all the way.

The optimal is for youre chest to touch the ground in the downwardsmovement. And it SHALL touch it before any other aprt of youre torso, then go back up. and go down in a slow motion about 4seconds to give extreme microtension to the muscles, then explode up for explosiveness. These pushups will feel harder than the ones you do in this video.

  • 10000 view?!

  • props for doing 100 pushups. not everyone can get there. heres some advice tho, i used to do that "rest" exercise too. but its not as effective. the way your using your abdomen in that clip is in a more explosive-workout based manner. and even tho im for it, explosive is used on heavy weights, so ur underusing ur muscles since i no ur not reaaallly struggling with that exercise. i suggest the complete opposite actually.

  • Go slow when you lift ur legs, it will eventually take its toll. btw u shud do plache pushups as well. really nice shoulder strength buildup

  • what?

  • Narrow mind there you have

  • im not sure what martial art he practices, but he is doing a form

i think that is what its called anyway.

  • It's not a form, it's just making up movement as I go. I do study Martial arts, Kung fu to be exact.

  • oh well that is defhinately very fluid movements.

that is my bad it looks very much like a form. good job

  • haha that was a good one @ zyura

  • dude nice workout

how many times a week you recommend working out like that?

  • not bad i should get in the habbit

  • How often should you do this?

  • whats the name of the song?

  • Eve of War by jedi Mind Tricks

  • hey i wiegh like 9 1/2 st and im 5ft 9 how mny pushups / pressups do u think i shud do?

    thnks

  • There's no set standard. You should do what you can. When your arms get tired, and cannot do proper pushups any more, then that's about how many you should do. ;)

  • thnks =]

  • How much of your weight are you pushing if you do pushups on your knees? Are they even effective?

  • If you cant do the regular ones that is a good way to work your way to them. So, yeah although easier they are effective until you built up the strength.

  • Is there a position between doing a knee push up and a regular? :P

  • go from two to one knee to regular. But that is over progression, you gotta remember to push yourself as well.

  • Okay, thank you!

  • so is it 100 pushups without stopping? and if i cant do 100 pushups? do i do as much as i can and kepe doing it till i can do 100 pushups?

  • I did 5 sets of 20 (to reset the camera angle), I didn't do 100 in a row. Do as many sets of 20 as you can. Next time, try to add another set. Slowly build up your goals.

  • that would make more sense :L haha thanx.

    was like dropping at 40....

  • bhaahhahah at the flow but good vidd

  • Would you say that arms are some of the most important for doing parkour? That definitely seemed to be your emphasis in the video. I'm just wondering, because I'm working on getting in shape, and starting some free running/parkour. I know that "everything" is important, but what do you think is the MOST.

  • In my opinion the most important is back muscles, shoulder muscles, and knee-joint strength and toughness. Just check out the conditioning videos to get some ideas for movements to practice.

  • can anyone do parkour or freerunning cuz im 215 pounds and im not in mutch shape but im thiking on starting parkour cuz it looks reall fun and i seem 2 like it... what you guys think u think i can do it?

  • You need to diet along with exercise. Find a diet that works for you. Something simple. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise for losing weight, as well.

  • Of course, If you really want to do Parkour. You can get into good shape. You never know till you try right?

  • u can do parkour u just hve to eat healthy and learn your rolls, once ur in shape and u know ur rolls then u r ready

  • im 13 how many push ups and situps shud i do

  • Depends on your body type, not your age. I wouldn't suggest sit ups. Work on plank holds and length-related workouts for your abs. Do as many pushups as you can, there's no preset number.

  • ok thanks but i personaly find situps eeasy but ill stick to youre advice ;)

  • heyy, does anyone know how to lose weight? llike jogging cuz iyd like to lose some, im a little big on the belly lool, and i tried sit ups, all they did was make it bigger, lool thanks

  • Explosion is not the only form of power needed. Long sets as you said work endurance and tone muscle. He is me, by the way, hah.

The nerves inside our knuckles are perfectly protected. I did some research after your comment, and all knuckle pushups do is condition your knuckles to withstand additional pressure. I've been studying martial arts for 8 years, so this has become simple habit for me. The reason I like them is the wrists are straight. From what I've read, knuckle is healthier than not

  • Hey I've been studying Karate for 2years. But I'm a pretty weak kid, so what kinda work out should i start on. And how can i improve my flexibility?

  • Improve your flexibility by basic stretching bro. Your Karate school should be able to show you some good stretches. As for strength training, there's infinite possibilities. This video shows you some arms and upper body stuff. Then you can do some squats and stuff. Do slow motion karate kicks for a nice workout. Also, low horsestances.

  • I'm not sure why you're doing so many push ups. That many won't help in parkour. And doing pushups on your knuckles is really bad for you.

  • Pushups simulate the movements done in many Parkour movements, such as topping off wall climbs, many of the vaults, and qm type movements. Supporting your body weight with your arms comes in handy.

I'm curious how knuckle pushups are bad for you? I've been doing them for years now.

  • Yes, but doing 100 won't build the explosive strength you need. All it does is build endurance. He should be increasing the intensity instead (by moving his arms back toward his hips, instead of them being directly under his shoulders, or doing those clap push ups.).

Knuckle push ups fuck with your your joints and the nerves in your knuckles. At least that's what I've read, and been told. If you want to have your wrist in a neutral position then you should probably build parellettes.

  • nice form on the martial arts!

    =)

  • lol dont worry bro im paler im a longboarder but looking in to this got any nibs for a new guy

  • This vid is really helpful.

I thought working out was just normal push ups and sit ups. Now I know there's variations to push ups and sit ups.

    Thanks Adam!

  • i hope your doing pull ups or rows to balance out those push ups

  • Muscle ups, pull ups, shimmeys, dips and plenty of qms. Dontcha worry. I just filmed what was possible inside the house.

  • what are that called what u did after u had done the rolls so yo got up again. 1.54-1.55

  • Don't think there's a name bro. I just pushed on up.

  • how many of those fist thing? JESUS i did like.. 2 xD

  • good job, im starting to do pushups again. so its sets of 20 but how long do u rest between each sets?

    also whats the song?

  • hey man, I am in pretty good shape, and I would just like to know, how many push ups u do on everything? like sets of 10? 20? obviously the first one was 100, but how many breaks u take inbetween them? I can get about 45-50 out of me before I have to have a break, you look about the same as me, any advice on how to start parkour?

  • thats...insane xD; actually, im really interested in parkour, or free running. Though, i dont exactly have the best endurance (10 push ups and im out xD; ) and im looking for a good work out that could help me with this. any suggestions?

  • i can do everything there except for the elevated clap pushups and the handstand pushups.

    yay, wrestling!

  • damn how long have been doing parkour?

  • Two years-ish.

  • nice video!

i'm new to parkour! and i have some problems with the roll! i know you have to roll diagonally but i just can't! any advice??

  • you dont roll diagonally u roll straight but from shoulder - opposite hip ....Eg(right shoulder - left hip) ok hope i helped ^^

  • Lol.. this is so self indulgent XD

  • "elevated....WITH CLAP" wow, really wish i could do that. were you just doing sets of 20 in the beginning?

  • Yes, 5 sets of 20 with about 20 seconds rest inbetween.

  • arg those push up would kill me (i'm 190 lbs and have next to zero upper body strength)

  • Then you shouldn't be worried about muscle training you should be worried about cardio shit. Because flexibillity is 10x more important than being muscular.

  • Wow man nicely done, good job keep at it.

  • Are you Buddhist? I noticed the statue.

  • Nice catch! I truly respect buddhism, but I wouldn't call myself a Buddhist. I'm not disciplined enough to follow the lifestyle ;)

  • easy its called flip up 123tomcat321

id does hurt on a couple of tries for ur spine but yourl get used to it took e 5 tries :)

  • whats that trick call on 1:21

oh congrats on the apk thing

  • It's called a kip up.

  • wow after 2 minutes those kicks and stuff you were doing

was that capouria (or however you spell it)

  • Capoera uses that tornado kick (along with most martial arts in the world), but what I was doing was not at all Capoera.

  • Can somebody please tell me which is the song heard in the background?

  • how did he stand up like that at 1:20???

  • he did just 60 push ups

  • I edited out the beginning of the last few reps so you wouldn't die of boredom. I did do 100.

  • all martial arts are great there is no "better" type it depends completely on the person

  • i agree, martial arts are what you make of it

  • True. But if your doing fucking capoera dancing stuff there isn't fuck you can make out of it compared to a guy taht does muay thai or wing chun.

  • can i do this im 13 and about to be 14

  • go for it ! at your age, it's a good time to start slowly devoloping and building up strength, stronger joints and endurance just because it takes so many years to make significant progress. If you start now and are consistent, by the time you're 17 or 18, you'll have all the strength and endurance you'll need to get you through. Not to mention the gains you'll be gaining every month!

  • Thanks for this video now I got more push up ideas and workout ideas in general.

  • Any good lat workouts?

  • ooo and how often should u do this workout??

  • When you can. If you get sore from it, then wait until you heal up to do it again.

  • do u do 100 push-ups in a row??

cos i can only do 50 in a row so i do 50 rest 50...is that ok???

  • u can reach 100 for example do 50 now for 10-15 days then after this put on 10 more so it goes 60 then after 10-15 days 70 and so on:D

  • I didn't. 50 in a row is very good. As Alaniaris said, just keep on trying to add a few pushups each time, and you'll get better at them and be able to do more.

  • was that a karate form you were doing to keep your heart rate up. and if so was it a kempo form?

  • It was a flow, no predetermined form. Adam practices kung fu.

  • ok thanks. it was pretty cool, love your videos btw. they are very helpfull

  • I can promise you no karate form, especially Kempo, will ever look like that. ;)

  • i take it you dont like kempo. lol. i think that although the forms in kempo might not be as articulate as that, it is still a great martial art.

  • I can't agree with that, but it's a great thing to do if you want to learn discipline and work out. I happen to believe it's a lousy martial art. But that's just an opinion. :)

  • Great xD

  • u train it alone or do u have a coach or whatever?

  • All alone. I know myself better than a coach. ;)

  • music name?

  • On the Eve of War by Jedi Mind Tricks, instrumental version.

  • dude, you would be hot if you didnt wear stretchy pants and socks

  • Hey I did the same exact workout for two weeks and it really works. I have more muscle in my arms and i can see a six pack starting to form.

Thanks.=).I'm doing parkour now and it's going great, it's really fun. I'll post some vids.

  • --An inspired lazy kid--

  • at 2:37 how do u keep ur balance. after sit ups u were doin tai chi? or, what was it

  • I was leaning against the wall on 2:37, and that was just "flow", a kung fu thing, but it's very similar to Tai Chi. Lots of what is in that flow is also in Tai Chi. I was just moving, really. ;)

  • nice^^

  • nice i love your vids and its good that you work out and the rolling vid i learned it on my first day because of you

  • Nice man really nice you look pretty strong oh and could someone please tell me tha name of that music its great motavation and great music !

  • Thanks bro. The song is "On the Eve of War" Instrumental version by "Jedi Mind Tricks". Sorry, I meant to add it at the end.

  • Thanks man ;) Again awesome video :)

  • You really do like those push-ups. Good works man.

  • Solid Brother, ur gonna be a tank:P

    Nice Vid

  • how cute, you got tired at 100!
