I watch house on my PS3 and I fast forward the opening credits, you can forward at 1.5x speed which maintains the audio, just also sped to 1.5x. It gives the theme a sort of dubstep feel, remixed by the right person it would sound very good.

The music used for the opening of the European version is used at the end credits of the American version, but we don't hear it or see these credits unless we see House in syndication. I'm so tired of networks cutting off movie and tv credits so they can cram more junk ads at us. I'd love to see end credits, even movie credits and ending music would be nice.
