I keep wondering why I can't find any "The Barbara Stanwyck show" intros on youtube anywhere. The "intros" are the best thing about the ill fated series. (thank goodness "The Big Valley" came along for her.
Anyone know where I can see these episodes online? I know that being Barbara's all time fan should warrant me buying these episodes, but my engine just blew and I need my Barbara fix.
@paulj0557@paulj0557 Me being a HUGE Barbara Fan myself, I understand what you mean. I actually was able to purchase the first Vol. of her show a week or two ago!! You can find those pictures at DVDtalk.com and type in the Barbara Stanwyck Show. It gives these pictures and bits of info about them.
@1960galBSAM Thanks for the info. I looked at the page and it would appear that the reviewer wasn't too thrilled and the final word for each episode put the show on the mediocre level. Look, I grew up watching crap like Three's Company. I really wonder how old the reviewer was. Probably younger than me. So with this said, and the fact that I did see the one episode with Peter Falk and thought it was pretty good...I can't go by that. Still looking for freebies.
