  • Solid video... The title sequence of your cooking intro is one string pluck away from being a rip off of "Tokyo".

Wait, so you're going vegan? When was this announced?

  • @ceetor1110 Oh it was a rip off of Tokyo. I had that in my head, and started with it and altered it to better suit my purpose. Though it's not like an arpeggio-ed Cmaj7 is copy-writable. That just happens to be where we know it from.

The video "Eating Animals", which I'm guessing you didn't bother with because it's a book review. I'm not sure why you are worried about spoilers with non spoil-able non fiction books...If there's ever the slightest reason to not watch, I always do the warning.

  • The Sturgis looks amazing! I'm not vegan, but I'm just wondering if store-bought bread is vegan. When I make bread at home, I use milk and eggs. Reason: mom's recipe. Speaking of eggs, did we ever find out more about that month where you ate 60 eggs? I know it was a while back and not on this specific channel, but I am curious. Maybe I missed the video where you gave an update?

  • @cantaloupestarfruit The bread I buy is vegan, and I believe that most bread is.

Haha, I'm amused that anyone remembers that! I only mentioned it the once on twonerdsinaboat, and I never gave any sort of follow up. But yes, I did successfully eat all 60 in the month. I hardly even got sick of them, there are so many ways to use eggs. And even simple things, like just a fried egg sandwich, I just happen to really like and was glad to have so many days that month. But alas, no more eggs for me.

  • @thepeteris What can I say, I am a true thepeteris fan. Also, my memory is really good. Glad to hear that you succeeded with the month of 60 eggs. I sincerely wish you the best of luck with veganism!

  • I love learning about sammiches I can actually eat.

  • good

  • The the sandwich the sandwich is yum

  • looks delicious!

  • Put some motha fuggin liver in that shit and call dat' bitch liver and onion sammich.....

  • @Morlaboborla *is vegan*

  • @thepeteris Oh right! Man, I've always wanted to go vegan, but I don't think I ever could seeing as how I want to be a chef. I DO however go on this raw diet cleanse for a month every summer. So at least I'll always have that. haha

  • Why the Sturgis?

  • onion sandwich, fried onion sandwich, fried onion and lettuce sandwich!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yaaaay more Peter Cooking! And isn't a Sturgis some kind of fish?

  • @KatieGrrl1016 Sturgeon is a type of fish, but I don't think Sturgis is.

  • this is really great editing. I love how you could take the most mundane thing of all and make it creative, entertaining and fun. Good work, and lots of luck! LG

  • This was my sort of cooking: EDITED FAST SORT OF COOKING!

This looks nice, I have a day off tomorrow. I shall make this. And by a day 'off' I mean I will not go to school for the reason to make and experience The Sturgis.

  • @itsamemyleo It only takes 5-10 minutes...

  • Making that.

  • complete complete complete complete the sandwich. make me hungry.

  • So how is veganism going? Are you dreaming about steak yet?

  • @mymarblesandme It took me until the end of May to finish off the stock of non vegan food that I had stashed from before I made the decision. So right now I've only been 100% for less than two weeks. But I was 90% vegan for all of May, and it was easy. I really enjoy it actually.

  • I disagree with your bread.

  • If you call it "carmelized" instead of "fried" onion, you'll get more customers. Also, if you add sauteed mushroom, it would seriously be a very tasty sandwich. Then again, I love sauteed mushroom and carmelized onion sandwiches.

  • @fizzylimon It's already called "The Sturgis", I don't think it gets any more marketable than that.

  • @thepeteris i think you won the comments with this one, the peter.

  • you could have fun with your job or whatever you were talking about if you became a chef...? eh?

  • Now I want lettuce so I can make this.

  • This looks well good.

  • @emmfan09 You ever on skype?

  • Yay epic vegan recipe!! I made something similar yesterday, I fried onion and avocado and some spices and spread it on bread, pretty good if you like avocado.

  • So do people from the city of Sturgis really like this sandwich?

  • I knew a kid once who was the kind of sentimentalist who found it troubling to think of himself as a eater, so he called eating sandwiches completing them. I liked that.

  • @lonesomemajor Hey John!

  • You have inspired me to try and cook my own food for the rest of the month.

  • Dear, @thewalruswasdave;

Make that two. But first, I must Complete the Sturgis.

  • nice style there, sparky.

    I dislike onions though so...

    y'know.

screw the sturgis. is what I mean.

    not literally though.

  • I don't like onion. Sandwich fail.

  • I'mma eat The Sturgis sometime this week.

Yeah, I definitely approve of the name because that sounds fucking awesome.

  • hi!!! wow XD COOKING INTENSE
