  • 21 people are not for the star alliance

  • So they fight for a while, but in the end Palpatine issues Order 66 anyway and Starfleet teams up with Republic remants (including the Jedi) to win.

In the end, Older Spock manages to convince Anakin to defeat Palpatine, bringing the war to an end.

  • Star Wars, Star Trek.... Transformers music, I can die a happy geek

  • The Transformers music killed my brain.

  • Keep in mind that in Star Trek, temporal anomalies pop up every twenty minutes. I don't think it's impossible for a wormhole to open that connects the two galaxies during the era of the Republic and the Federation. And from what I've seen in Star Wars, their technology doesn't advance too quickly.

  • @Mitchz95 It better.

  • I'm curious...how did you remove the music from the clips, but leave the sound in?

  • Star Trek or Star Wars, it doesn't matter. We are all nerds none the less :)

  • Sure, why not? Today's movies are so terrible and unoriginal, maybe cross-overs are the only thing left to do.

  • what song is this???

  • Eww, was totally awesome up until the Inception noise at the end :(

  • Best. Star Wars Vs. Star Trek video. Ever!!!

  • Starwars would win simply because of the armies they can field.

  • @bioniclefan1995 star trek would win cause they have more advance weapons, ships, shields, and technology

  • @chrismcnuggett Star Wars would win as these movies depict "A galaxy far, far a way a long time ago".. so, they've advanced since that. so, Trek = Screwed.

  • @Leonidae Except that Star Trek consistently demonstrates teraton firepower with it's phasers, and peteton firepower with torpedoes in the episodes.

    Star Wars = screwed.

  • @Idazmi7 and what is the biggest thing they've blown up? A Borg cube? that took combined firepower of whole fleet.. Teraton and petaton are just fancy numbers thrown up to satisfy fanboys, I don't recall seeing a planet being blown up, but I do remember consistent mentions how starships torpedo complement couldn't even properly destroy an asteroid..

  • @Leonidae Star Trek has transporter technology. If they really wanted to blow up a planet, they could have just beamed a little bit on antimatter into the core. Surprised nobody ever did anything like that in the shows or movies... And several planets do get blown up throughout the franchise. Just not by humans.

  • @Mitchz95 And transporters can be jammed/disrupted, not to mention that they usually seem to be the first thing to fail, usually right after life support.

  • @Leonidae Life support NEVER fails, as far as I've seen. But you're probably right about the transporters. New argument: it's been said frequently in Star Trek that even a 23rd century starship is capable of levelling a planet's surface. If Star Destroyers had that kind of capability, they'd have no need for the massive Death Stars.

  • @Mitchz95 There indeed is no reason for Death Star, other than Emperors desire for a terror weapon to keep political dissidents in order. And in defense of Star Destroyers: Only one was needed to level down a planets surface, hence why there rarely was more than two or three in system, depending of the level of population. One ship alone carried a permanent garrison and small army's worth of military personnel and equipment.

  • @Leonidae Borg cubes are hard to kill.

What's the biggest thing an SSD blew up? Itself? ROFL

  • @Idazmi7 Not when you have former Borg drone or two to tell you where to hit, just as Picard did.

  • @Leonidae The Empire does not have those.

Better still, it still took what was left of the fleet to make that hole.

  • @Leonidae And that asteroid was as big as an SSD.

  • @Idazmi7 Proof?

  • @Leonidae The Enterprise is 600 meters long.

The Asteroid was visibly bigger, not to mention the Enterprise could (did) fit into a really small looking crater on it.

O.o I thought you saw the episode?

  • @Idazmi7 There has been few episodes with asteroids in Star Trek TNG.. And correct measure would be 685m. ;) Since you're speaking of fitting into a hole in an asteroid, I assume you mean the ep where they get the phasing cloak. I don't recall that episode having a single asteroid being blown up, but it has been a while since I last saw it.

  • @Leonidae That's the episode where they said most of ther torpedoes could blow it up. That's the only one where such things were said.

Just because your rusty, doesn't make it a non-canon incident. That rock was huge.

  • omg love it, but what is the music from transformers? please reply

  • Don't get me wrong, I love both franchises...but in a galactic war...Star Wars would all out destroy the Federation...combined with Jedi too...the Republic Navy would crush the Federation with sheer numbers...and on the ground...red shirts and Kirk's badass fight moves = no chance against clones and Jedi.

  • @lifevest1 true

  • Also..."FIRE EVERYTHING!!"

  • Star Trek WINS !!!!!!!

  • KHAN!!!!!!!

  • Aaarrgghh!! IF ONLY!!!!!

  • Awesome job

  • It loses me with that soundtrack that will forever be tarished by Michael Bay and the Transformers franchise.

  • VERY cool!

  • This was a fantastic piece of video editing! If only this could actually be a movie... But great trailer nevertheless!

  • The Republic would definetly win. they have Anakin the best Star pilot in the galaxy. the jedi and the force

  • FANTASTIC Trailer!!

  • Fascinating but ORIGINAL Star Trek, exploring Gene Roddenberry's optimistic vision of future, is still the BEST!

  • I like both. Star Wars has an awesome storyline, Jedi, and light up swords that make cool zapping sounds. Star Trek has BA effects, technology and everyone talks in this technical sort of way. Both are awesome. I can be flexible... :)

  • Gotta love that Transformers Soundtrack.

  • DARN IT JIM, I'M A DOCTOR, NOT A JEDI !!!

  • best trailer ive ever deen

  • Very good trailer, but you have such a missed opportunity here. You should have included a line from padme where she says: "The Federation has gone too far this time" or the palpatine line where he says: "I think we're going to have to accept Federation control for the time being". For now this trailer is only 4 stars, include one of those lines and i'll give it 5.

  • @ShootEvrythg LOVE those ideas. Next Star Wars vs. Star Trek trailer I do, I must use those lines. Thanks for your comment and suggestion

  • @ShootEvrythg It would be cool, but the Star Trek Federation never goes too far with anything. LOL! Their peaceful ideals always keeps them from doing that. LOL. Plus it seems your premise is that the Republic is the agressor here. Gotta keep things in context.

  • this is suprisingly a very good teaser

  • Another awesome one. The video quality is very good. I know it will never happen, but it's nice to dream of the possibilities.

  • "Fascinating."

  • Star Wars has the Force and Jedi Master Yoda. No competition, Star Wars would kick Star Treks butt.

  • Technology-wise, Star Trek has caught up with Star Wars, but my question of all time still remains: What's the Federation gonna do against The Force???

    Just sayin...

PS-- All and all, the last Star Trek movie is the BEST of them all (after Wrath of Khan of course) and Chris Pine's version of Kirk is unbelievably accurate!!!

  • Oh great.. a bunch of new races for Cpt. Kirk to bone. He's already banged everything else in the galaxy.

  • 1:03 transformers theme

  • Spock vs Darth Vader

    Kirk vs bobo fett

    Enterprise vs star destroyer

    Borg cube vs death star

    Stormtroopers vs klingons

Klingon bird of prey cloaked vs star destroyer

  • If the rebels could defeat the empire in return of the jedi then star trek could defeat the empire too....

  • @TheMrsuperman2000 If you look better on this trailer, you will probably find no empire at all... it's more likely, that you will find one federation ship "against" whole republic armada led by jedi order...

  • @TheMrsuperman2000 I doubt Kirk could convince Vader to throw The Emperor down the shaft. Warp drive is vastly inferior to hyperdrive, and subspace communication is vastly inferior to whatever Star Wars has going on. The Federation wouldn't have a chance.

  • @monokhem You know I love both series but I have to hand it to the Empire or Republic. Just based on sheer resources, the Republic is daunting! I know there are theoretical papers out there on the capabilities of Empire vs Federation weapons but I wonder if they factor in Damage yield vs mass. I have seen claims that Empire weapons are pea shooters, that makes no sense when you look at the sheer size of the warships. Star Destroyers are HUGE, it would take serious fire power to engage one!

  • @psylinx Your also comparing a vast warfleet deseighned to rule a galaxy by force to a relativly small fleet built to explore less than a quarter of the galaxy.

Star destroyers also have thousands of laser battaries as opposed to the Starship's two primary weapons. In any case the Deathstar can destroy a planet and the Enterpise's phasers don't even make a crater on full blast.

  • @monokhem Agreed, if the Federation had a few centuries to mature into a larger more powerful group, then the empire would be very busy.

  • @TheMrsuperman2000 The only reason the rebels won, was because the storm troopers couldn't hit the broad side of a barn unless it was in the script, witch is stupid cuz I've read tons of books that put huge emphasis on the targeting systems in clone troopers helmets, so when they switched to storm troopers what happened to that? did they just all break and someone forgot to fix them? makes no sense to me.

  • And then, the Vorlons and Shadows from Babylon 5 show up and kill them all.

  • @Eyerleth Jajajjaaja Good answer!!! The battle will be over in 15 secs. !! Jajaja

  • STAR TREK FUCK star wars!!

  • That made me all tingly.

  • @keithasaur0 I agree

  • Cooool!

  • Well put together trailer ! Good job. Has great energy to it.

  • The way I see it is this: Anakin and the republic existed around the same time frame as Captain Kirk and his Enterprise. Darth Vader and the Galactic Empire exists around the same time that Piccard led his Enterprise. Anyone agree??

  • @keithasaur0 I agree, but here's a more extended list: KotOR is around the time of Archer, the Republic is the time of Kirk, Empire is the time of Picard, and the books after episode 6 are the time of the later books of star trek

  • @keithasaur0 Except for that Star Trek is placed somewhere in 2200 - 2400...

and Star Wars somewhere around 175 000 B.C.!!!!!

    but otherwise... whatever you say...

  • @keithasaur0 Star Wars has a thirty years difference and Star Trek has a full century's difference.

  • Star Wars wins, hands down. Republic beats Star Fleet.

  • how do you get your video clips?

  • @Valiant153 Neither. They both think they're the good guys, but when Palpatine tries to take over the Jedi and Starfleet will probably team up to take him down.

  • No one beats Mater Yoda nad The Emperor!

  • @2SunsNoWomen This is awesome. You should really do a Harry Potter vs Twilight trailer!(just to show how one-sided it would be)

  • Revenge of the Sith was AWESOME!

  • @MrImastinker i thought it was the best

  • AWSOME!!!!!!!!

  • Dude what up with the transformers revenge of the fallen soundtrack score, and trailer music, even the boww wowww sound lol

  • Palpatine would still issue order 66 and the Jedi would be like: "Uh, hey Trek...we have ourselves an itsy-bitsy problem and if we don't join forces...we're ALL gonna die."

  • @SWASDN Simple solution: Make sure Anakin doesn't cut of Mace Windu's hand so the war never starts with the Federation.

Complex solution: Wage a long, costly war involving millions of casualties on both sides that may result in a stalemate and fanboy bickering for hundreds of years!

  • @SWASDN Exactly. And when Anakin teams up with Kirk, Palpatine's screwed.

  • In space, Star Trek would win. On land, Star WARS would win.

    AmDrag

  • freakin epic starwars ftw atw no force can stop the empire/republic.....oh and fuck phasers what happened to lazers, who's with me on the wtf are phasers any damn way... :P the force shall prevail over uhhhhhhhhhh,phasers............transformers music waz epic............this is so awesome......

  • @BennyKingJones phasers are high energy beams that can, on their most devastating setting, disrupt the particle structure of an object

  • @cooldudeawesome100

Surely, you assisted writing the music from Transformers to respond as strongly as you did to my comment on the last page.

btw, to "pawn" something is to sell it. I think the "word" you were looking for was 'pwn'.

  • @cooldudeawesome100 Well thats a relif!

  • Dude seriously I have a pants tent now.

  • holy fuck~~~ tht was awsome!

  • Woah, totally epic. Star Wars, Star Trek, and Transformers music? Can anything be better than that?

  • GO STAR WARS

  • Course, the video is ruined by playing that crappy Tranformers music.

  • @satyrquaze No...It...wasn't...

  • @Unit1138327: Why in the name of Zeus' butthole wouldn't the Borg be able to adapt to plasma weapons? They can adapt to anti-matter explosions and mass-drivers. Why not plasma weapons?

  • The Galactic Republic stumbles upon the Federation. Carelessness by the GR sets in motion an uncontrollable chain reaction leading to war. Only a young Kirk and Anakin working from both ends can prevent devastation neither will recover from.

  • Maybe. True, the CIS could swamp Star Trek in pure numbers, even though a single battle droid is pretty pathetic. And if the Borg couldn't adapt to the plasma weapons, then that would be that. :)

  • Combine the Confederacy of Independant Systems, the Galactic Republic, the Galactic Empire, and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Then Star Wars will win.

  • This is an epic video, one of the best SW/ST faceoffs! I absolutely love both Star Wars and Star Trek, but I would have to say that SW would win in an all-out battle, thanks to the Sun Crusher. But then again...ST does have the 31st century tech from Enterprise, and even in the 24th century, the Borg could make Omega particles to put in torpedoes and blast the Empire into oblivion. Or assimilate them.

  • One Jedi or Sith could take down 100 armed redshirts at once.

  • okay so it's rated R....

  • Porn for nerdz...and me.

  • very well done! what program did you use to make this?

  • star trek is for fucking faggots.

  • Nicely done.

  • this happens to be the best star trek vs. star wars thing on youtube

  • @sadblocle28 actually star trek's weapons are more powerful and have moe energy so they would easily win. Plus their shields would block the lasers.

  • i love star wars but come on starfleet vs. the galactic republic i'm pretty sure that clones, jedi, and venator class star destroyers will make the starfleet go pee everywhere the clones are expendable and if the starfleet try to board a ship or even land on coruscant the jedi and an overwhelming army of clones and venator class star destroyers will destroy both their army and fleet.

  • Sulu vs. Yoda... that won't last a second.

  • @8sdbv i wasnt trying to pick a side (although starfleet would win)

  • Of course Starfleet will win!

  • "Lasers can't even penetrate our navigational shields, don't they know that?" -Captain Picard about a ship that was locking laser cannons on the Enterprise

  • @Austindude3954 Ummm Ships in the Star Wars universe don't use Lasers...They use Blasters that fire bolts of Compressed Energy.

  • @Daycrist Explaining why they always called their weapons lasers?

  • @Austindude3954 A-280 blaster rifle, DL-44 blaster pistol, DisruptorsDisruptors are a very powerful special form of blaster. They are illegal in most systems due to their extreme power. Disruptors destroy matter at a molecular level, so with some models, getting your finger shot off will result in the instant disintegration of your hand, and your body will eventually become disintegrated as well. Boba Fett is known to carry at least one disruptor.

  • @Daycrist I know what a disruptor is. On Star Trek, the Klingons, Romulans, and Breen use disruptors.

  • starfleet has better ships and better special weapons, but the republic has better soldiers and jedi

  • @LonelyWolf4269

Star Wars has 'the force' but Starfleet has better ships, weapons, technology an better personnel! The only thing is that the Repbublic has an big army of clones.

  • @8sdbv

How can u compare the technology of Star Fleet that has advanced for 5000yrs (since the inovations of humans up to the year 2250) .....to the 500,000yr advancement of the republic in Star Wars???

....look at the timeline for both series and tell me i'm wrong

  • @Edge12345

You have a point but if you compare the strength of Starfleet versus that of the Republic, you can see that Starfleet will win. :)

  • Fake

  • Very well done ,thank you .

  • I'm not gonna lie but both franchises are epic in their own way...now admit it everyone!..lol

  • NERD WAR BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Another Epic Trailer. SW FTW

  • If starfleet didn't always get lucky with the Borg, failure would eminent. The retarded snail ships with minimal weapons, would not even be a worthy opponent to the Borg.

  • you do love tht song dont you?

    lol

    great video

  • WOW

  • I know im kinda the Knife at a Gunfight here but SPACE BATTLESHIP YAMATO FTW

  • @galloway62042009 Well yeah, but Star Wars has Executor class SSDs and The Eclipse.

  • @Daegonath and Space Battleship Yamtao has a Wave Motion gun!

  • @galloway62042009 would you kill me if I said "what does that do?"

  • @Daegonath /watch?v=0f3g3kj3Xp8

    "That!"

  • @Daegonath Oh ya cuz the SSD was so useful it flew around the whole movie and didn't kill a single fighter until it shot the A-Wing that drove through it's windshield and made it stab the death star in the head yep the empire would win cuz it had SSD's totally

  • @iPoder9008 Rule 1 of star wars, there is more than the movies. The Rebels were close enough to do significant damage because of Lando's point blank tactic. The Executor was already significantly damaged and had no bridge shield when the A-wing crashed.

  • @galloway62042009 I know i'm kinda the Butter knife in a Combat knife fight but

    MOBILE INFANTRY FTW!

  • Star Wars FTW

  • I love the Transformers music at 1:02! Great quality, great timing, great job!

  • Very nice job.

  • btw...i came

  • I was wondering why this didn't have over a million views already, then I realized you did the Star Trek remake vs. The Star Wars prequels. If you did a believable trailer with William Shatner facing off against Darth Vader people would have geek orgasms.

  • Actually this match will be a space adventure featuring one ship, the Enterprise lost in a galaxy abandoned at an unknown time period in the past due to space-time continuum, the Star Wars galaxy. Much of the stuff found there will be priceless relics for the whole universe. Don't forget Indiana Jones!

  • According Dr. Michio Kaku, Star Trek is a Type 2 civilization, Star Wars is Type 3 ... therefore Trek has NO chance of winning.

  • @TonyN737 What about Section 31? They would just release some sort of a virus into Empire's territory....and game over

  • @TonyN737 i agree with you

  • lol rated R

  • I Hear the Transformers Soundtrack.

  • Hmm... Star Trek takes place in the future but Star Wars takes place in the past... Star Wars has the armies but Star Trek has the advance technology.

Star Wars has lightsabers to chop redshirts in half but Star Trek has phasers that can incenerate someone in a blink of an eye.

Star Wars has the Force, but Star Trek has "Q".

Star Wars has the Death Star, but Star Trek has Red Matter (black holes).

Star Wars has clones, but Star Trek has KHAAAN!

  • @holonat star wars has droids but trek has the data star wars has grievous but trek has the borg

  • @holonat XXDXDXDXDXDXD KHAAAAAAAAAN! XD

  • @holonat And Starfleet has Janeway...she would kill all the troopers with her bare hands if you deprived her of coffee

  • im kinda a fan of both but ive got the feeling wars would win

  • Lol it says rated R at the end lol and star wars always wins....The force will prevail

  • @RSNitsua Well, not really. The Federation doesn't have to land on a planet to take it over. Neither do the Cardassians, Kilingons or any species in Star Trek. And the Force (according to the laws of physics) Doesn't work in space because there's nothing to push on to cause an object to move.

  • @indianajoneszilla lol have you ever watched star wars? The laws of physics obey the force not the other way around, plus the force is like if you were pushing something but over a greater distance than your arm's lenght, also, Vader and the Emperor can shoot lightning out of their hands and they can crush the starfleet ships with the force, also the Apprentice can pull a ship out of the sky down to a planets surface, and the death star CAN destroy anything its a battle of more than tech.

  • @RSNitsua Well, frankly, it doesn't really matter. Chances are, if the Federation had to go to war with Star Wars, we would bring in really big weapons like the Red Matter bomb and crap like that. Oh, and HOW COME NO ONE EVER CRUSHED A SHIP IN SPACE IN STAR WARS?! And another thing, the Force only works in the galaxy that Star Wars resides in. TRUE GEORGE LUCAS SAID!

  • @indianajoneszilla Lol just cause they didn't do it in the movies doesn't mean it isn't possible...I've seen the Apprentice crush imperial walkers with the force so I'm sure he could crush something bigger, the empire would NOT just take a few star destroyers into Star Trek's galaxy...But the way I see it, Most likely it would just be a few federation starships that stumble into the star wars galaxy, considering they're mission is to find strange new worlds and civilizations..

  • Hey guys is this real

  • Good editing, but I like your other version better with the Empire attacking during Picard's era.
