Since Ms. Whitman is so "deeply concerned" about California's future she should acknowledge the fact that as CEO of eBay & Paypal she's responsible for depriving the state of hundreds of millions in Sales tax revenues by making her company an easiest venue for tax cheats to sell anonymously and with impunity.
It's about time for all states of the country to wake up and take eBay/Paypal to court over this issue.
